Accommodation
The conference will take place at De Montfort University’s Campus in Leicester, UK. The campus is based on the edge of the city centre, and central to the UK, having great international transportation links, making it easy for delegates to reach. The modern campus offers fantastic facilities, blending old and new buildings.
Within the city, there is a wide range of accommodation available for all budgets. Many of the available 2,3&4* hotels are based in and around the city centre all a short walk from the University campus. None have been pre-booked, but a selection is provided below.
On a Budget
This year the conference is delighted to also be able to offer budget accommodation on the edge of campus, at the Universities Halls of Residence; 15 places have been pre-booked for the first 15 PhD Students submitting and presenting a paper or poster.
Conference Delegates can also book the Halls of Residence accommodation. The accommodation comprises of a small double bedroom including a small vanity, and access to shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. Catering for the conference will be through the Food Village to ensure that we offer delegates a varied choice of food daily.
Check in is nominally between 13:00 and 20:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. N.B. Luggage can be held from 10:00 until 16:00 on the day of departure. We are unable to offer accessible rooms through the budget offer, and please note the rooms are single occupancy
